Proper posture offers grace by learning to blend with gravity, proper attitude offers empowerment by learning blend with life. Working with the core principles of the Alexander technique, this simple and fun workshop offers an introduction into the benefits that can be derived when living in line with your own natural principles.
This group programme works best with a minimum of 4 people and takes place on a Wednesday evening between 7pm & 8.30pm working in 5 week cycles.
To keep costs down the workshop is held in and around a studio near my home in East Lothian, consequently personal transportation is required. The upside being that usually after the first evening, a car share concept is quickly pulled together.
